1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Glider11, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Glider11 on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Glider11 provides an AI-assisted environment to generate and edit software projects, preview them live, optionally start from templates, and publish apps subject to your plan. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding what to ship.

Glider11 is provided on an “as available” basis. We continuously improve generation quality but do not guarantee that any particular prompt will produce a production-ready application without further iteration.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@glider11.com.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Glider11 to build or distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
  • Do not abuse credits, scraping, or automated account creation.
  • Do not infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Follow export control and sanctions laws applicable to you.

5. Intellectual property

Your content. As between you and Glider11, you retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the project files generated for your account, subject to these Terms and third-party model provider requirements.

Our platform. Glider11 owns the product, branding, templates we publish as Glider11 starters (excluding your customizations), documentation, and underlying software. You receive a limited license to use the service while your account is in good standing.

6. Plans, credits & payments

Paid plans (including Starter, Builder, and Pro) and message credits are billed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Unused credits typically expire at the end of the billing period unless we state otherwise in-product.

7. Publishing & third-party services

If you publish an app or connect integrations, you are responsible for that app’s content, compliance, and any third-party terms that apply. Glider11 is not liable for third-party outages or policy changes.

8. Termination

You may stop using Glider11 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIDER11 IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CODE MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIDER11 AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GLIDER11 IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by consumer protection law.
