Glider11 (“Glider11,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at www.glider11.com and related applications that let you generate, edit, and publish software projects using AI. For privacy questions, contact privacy@glider11.com.

• Account data — name, email, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide via Supabase Auth or OAuth providers.
• Project content — prompts, messages, generated files, templates you instantiate, versions, and publish settings.
• Usage data — feature usage, approximate device/browser info, IP address, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Billing data — plan, credits, and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; we do not store full card numbers.
• Cookies — session and preference cookies required for login and product functionality; analytics cookies where enabled.

To generate applications, Glider11 sends relevant prompts and contextual project information to third-party AI model providers. We use those providers solely to deliver the Glider11 service.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Glider11 builder and website.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts from abuse.
• Process subscriptions, credits, and customer support requests.
• Communicate product updates and transactional messages.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share information with processors that help us run Glider11, including:

• Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
• Paddle (payments and tax handling)
• AI model providers (generation requests)
• Hosting, email, and observability vendors

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Glider11 and our users.

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards such as encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we hold. Email privacy@glider11.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Glider11 is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
